My customer support guy determines that the problem is that I don't have a dedicated video display card, because I instead have 3 gigs of shared memory between display memory and dedicated memory. So I test different things, and end up filing comp each time the problem persists. I'd send screenshots of my crashes, which came in the form of "MainNavigation Not Responding," an issue option already known on their troubleshooting survey. But this problem was so consistent I figured I'd try to solve it. Usually, the response is some fluff like, "We're sorry you experienced an issue, here's your packs," or whatever. My draft will launch, lag for two minutes, even if it's the only thing open, and I'll miss the first three packs and have to file comp.
